Fine Art Print*, charcoal drawing on antique paper; nude woman, lying on her back; "Carolina"
This is a PRINT of a charcoal drawing I did of a nude woman, lying on her back, toes curled. The original was done on a tawny antique paper, and the print retains the coloring of the yellowing paper.
I often graph my pieces to navigate proportions and lighting, and I chose to leave a few of the pencil lines on this finished piece so that you can see my process. The thin lines are visible on the print.
I finished this piece with some delicate white chalk highlights, which are also visible on the print.
The original was commissioned for Chef Justin Severino, Pittsburgh restaurant owner of Cure and Morcilla.
The print is available in three sizes, on a thick, textured Somerset Velvet paper. I ship all of my art quickly and with great care.
